I'm Pavithra Bharathi, 34 years old. I began my career at the age of 16, working part-time as an accountant at a skincare clinic. Over the years, I have steadily grown in my career, gaining valuable experience across various roles and industries, especially in the telecom and service sectors.

Entrepreneurial Journey
In 2017, I took a leap into entrepreneurship by starting a small beauty parlour under the name Pavithra Beauty Parlour.
By 2022, this vision expanded into a larger platform – a full-fledged unisex salon, boutique, and academy named: Wave Beauty & Bridal Studio & Academy.
In 2024, the beauty and boutique segments were rebranded into two distinct business identities:
- Wave Beauty & Bridal Studio & Academy (Main Studio & Academy)
- Wave Designer Studio (Boutique segment)
Each operates with its own unique standard and service focus.
Academy & Social Impact:
My academy is driven by a passion for women empowerment and operates as a social welfare initiative.
So far, 450+ students have been trained in beautician and makeup courses – completely free of cost, except for a nominal registration token fee.
Boutique Business:
Our boutique, Wave Designer Studio, runs a successful wholesale and retail saree business under the brand name Pavithram_Silk.
It caters to traditional fashion lovers and continues to grow in both reach and reputation.
